“iT’S MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE HAVING A HUMAN BEHIND THE SLEEP PLAN.”
I just took a peek at Sofia on the monitor.. She's still awake after 20+ minutes BUT she's just lying in her bed in Child's pose, gently holding her bunny, talking softly to herself from time to time.
I left her room with just a 2 second fuss and that was it. I wasn't sure this would ever be our reality and here we are!!!!! I'm sooooooo happy about it.
She's sleeping about 11 hours every night and if she wakes up before 6:00am, she'll get herself back to sleep after about 10 minutes.

Elsie was a great independent sleeper until she turned four months old (aside from the wakings to eat, which were only two a night). Not long after she turned four months everything changed and things regressed to where she was waking up every hour to two hours at night.
We had been waiting it out hoping things would get back to normal, but at six months old and no end in aight to this terrible night sleep, we decided it was time to get help for the sake of my sanity and sleep.

Our daughter was almost two when she had some sleep changes that resulted in her waking every 1-2 hours, for a few nights in a row.
