WHAT IS A PERSONALIZED SLEEP PLAN?
Every package from 8 Straight Sleep Consulting comes with a Personalized Sleep Plan. I recognize that you’ve likely read all the books. And, they didn’t help because, guess what? Your baby isn’t the same as all of the other babies. Every child is different. Every parent is different. Every family is different. And, it’s that difference that sparks my passion. I don’t cookie cutter you into doing what ‘everyone else’ does. Together, we design a plan that suits your parenting style, your philosophy and your child.
All plans are designed for babies and children from four months to five years old. Although our method may change as baby grows into a toddler and then a full fledged kidlet, the package contents will remain the same. Bottom line: I’ll deliver the same great service regardless of how old your kiddo is.
This plan works best if the concept of sleep training sends you to the chocolate (I get it, my friend!) and you’d like to be sure that any work you do is done with me by your side as your biggest cheerleader. You’ll answer some questions via email and you’ll then receive a personalized sleep plan with two (2) weeks of follow-up emails. Plenty of time to get ‘er done.
Let’s face it. The more you know, the better armed you are for success. This package does just that – we suit you up and get you ready to coach that baby into happy and healthy sleep habits. This plan includes a personalized sleep plan, an hour’s worth of phone time and an entire week of follow-up emails. Failure is not an option!
The struggle is real. But, it doesn’t have to be. With this package, you get a little bit of all of me: an hour’s worth of phone calls, a personalized sleep plan and two full weeks of emails. Your calls can be split into two thirty-minute calls or three twenty-minute calls – whatever suits your fancy.
In-Person Packages
It’s time to pull out the big guns. If you live in the Roaring Fork Valley – from Aspen to Newcastle, Colorado and you need it done and need it done now, here I come. There are two different levels of personal support I offer, so pick your perfect plan below.

This package is best if you’ve just had enough trying on your own. Or, if you had it and then you lost it and you can’t bear to try it again. Or, if you need a help with the…ahem…dreadful nap.
For nighttime, I arrive at baby’s bedtime and manage the entire night from start to finish. Not only do you get a little much-needed sleep, but I work to knock this sleep thing into place. Plan for just one night or bundle two together for a blissful outcome.
For naptime, I arrive prior to baby’s first nap and help perfect the art of the nap throughout the entire day.
OK. OK. I’m coming. Let’s face it. Sometimes it’s just too much to even think about doing yourself. Enter me. It’s the big ‘un for a reason. With this plan, you’ll receive 3 full nights of sleep training – in your home.
What’s lovely is that babies are not usually attached to me. I stay kind, caring and gentle but they often ‘get it’ much faster with an unfamiliar face.
After our in-home training, you’ll receive one thirty-minute recap, another thirty minute call at your request and two weeks of unlimited emails. Only success at this address!
